2024 Akron Sports Information

Ages for baseball are as of April 30th (player age is the age they will be on April 30th 2024).  Ages for softball are as of January 1st (player age is the age they were on January 1st 2024).  


The divisions with ages are as follows: 


T-Ball - ages 4 to 6
8U (Rookie) - ages 7 to 8
10U (Minor) - ages 9 to 10 
12U (Major) - Ages 11 to 12
Girls Softball 8U
Girls Softball 10U
Girls Softball 12U

Girls Softball 7/8 Grade (14U)

There is a fundraising fee of $50 with each registration. The fundraising fee will give each player 5 raffle tickets for a cash raffle.  Players can keep these tickets or sell them for $10 each to recoup their fee.  Players will also have an opportunity to sell additional tickets and will keep $5 per ticket sold!
